My husband and I first met Debbie in 1998 and since then have realized that she has very high standards and ethics.
We had both of ours daughters looking for their first homes in 2004 which can be very scarey for people in their mid twenties. Not only was she very informative for them, but at no time did she condescend or talk over their heads.
Debbie advised them of not only of the homes avaiable but also of areas that would give them the best resale. She made the process very easy and exciting for them and we know from our daughters and their spouses, that when time comes for them to make another move, Debbie is the agent for them.
We again needed Debbie for her professional expertise for ourselves in the fall of 2005. Our home was on the market for only a short two weeks because of all of her efforts. Debbie took the time to make out flyers for her associates and to flood the market with information on our home. She also held two "Open House" afternoons on both Sundays.
At no time were we surprised at the continued effort that she made to have our home sold as quickly as possible and for us to receive the best price she could get for us.

Working with Debbie was both exciting and extremely efficient!
We found Debbie's web site while searching the MLS. We liked the way her site was setup, and the types of houses she featured, and decided to contact her via email. Our initial request was a bit odd, as we were looking for a house from... Paris, France. We had done one exploratory trip to Kitchener-Waterloo, which had allowed us to narrow down the areas we were interested in, and the types of requirements we had for this real estate market, which, obviously, is very different from anything else we had delt with before.
